Tucker Medical integrates Perspectum quantitative MRI into personalised preventive and survivorship care.

Perspectum’s CoverScan, LiverMultiScan, and Body Composition will now support clinical decision-making in preventive and survivorship care at Tucker Medical through quantitative assessment of organ health and body composition.

OXFORD, U.K. and SINGAPORE – 5 October 2026 – Perspectum, a precision health company that delivers non-invasive solutions to accelerate drug development and improve patient outcomes in metabolic disease, today announced that Tucker Medical, a physician-led, multidisciplinary medical practice in Singapore, has integrated Perspectum’s quantitative MRI measurements into its personalised preventive and survivorship care pathways.

Tucker Medical uses CoverScan, LiverMultiScan, and Body Composition assessment within its ASAP (Assessment, Screening and Prevention) model, combining quantitative imaging with clinical assessment, laboratory, and genomic data. CoverScan, LiverMultiScan and Body Composition are performed in a single MRI scan without contrast, with results provided in a quantitative report to inform the clinician’s overall assessment.

Metabolic and liver conditions often develop without symptoms and may remain undetected until reaching advanced stages. As demand for preventive and personalised healthcare grows across Asia, clinicians are looking for objective measurements that support clear discussions with patients and enable them to track changes in health over time.

LiverMultiScan measures liver disease activity, fat and iron, supporting disease identification, risk stratification, prognostication and monitoring of treatment response. MRI-based Body Composition assessment provides accurate and precise measurements of body fat and muscle, helping healthcare professionals better understand their patients’ metabolic and physical health.

CoverScan builds on LiverMultiScan and provides quantitative assessments of the liver, heart, pancreas and kidneys from a single, non-contrast MRI scan. By bringing these results together in one unified report, CoverScan offers an integrated view of organ health and metabolic risk to support coordinated, personalised care.

“Whether we are managing cardiometabolic risk or following a patient after cancer treatment, the questions are the same: what is changing, and is our intervention working? Perspectum’s quantitative MRI gives us objective, reproducible measurements we can follow over time, without contrast or ionising radiation, so decisions can be based on what is happening in the organs, not only on symptoms or a single blood test.“

Dr Steven Tucker, Founder and Medical Director, Tucker Medical

“Tucker Medical has built its practice around prevention and long-term relationships with patients, which is where quantitative imaging is most useful. Seeing LiverMultiScan and Body Composition routinely used by Tucker Medical shows the value the Singaporean market places on this advanced model, and it lays the groundwork for broader multi-organ assessment with CoverScan.”
